Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Return requests made after the return window may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration may be refused.
Final Sale Items
Clearance, promotional, and multi-pack items are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Contact us before sending anything back. Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 30 days depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be supported when eligible items and replacement inventory are available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may recommend a return or another available option.
